What about these porn agents and directors that are hitting up 17 year old girls on social networks and staying in contact, waiting for there 18th birthday to come so they can shoot on it? That’s not right to me, just sayin.

It is NOT against the law to have actresses over the age of 18 depicting sexually explicit conduct even if the characters they are playing are under the age of 18.

Oh yea? From what I’m learning at this stage the entire porn industry may not be truly legal considering the health and safety breaches and from what I can currently tell from Title 18 chapter 110 B and C any DEPICTION of a child (even computer animation or a drawing) in porn IS illegal. If you disagree point me to where it’s proven you are 100% beyond a shadow of a doubt correct.
